It's the use of this beautiful material, great works from international contributors and the reduced and clear typography, reminding of late design by David Carson, that made the first issue win the DDC Competition "Good Design 2008". Subtitled "Cut", the 3rd issue featured contributions from Julian Rentzsch, Typoholics, Isabelle Landthaler, Lyle Owerko, Dirk Rossbach, Alex Diamond, and many more.
